ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE FUEL TANK BRACKET WASHER AND DAMPER DO NOT ADEQUATELY PROTECT THE TANK FROM ENGINE VIBRATION. OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, VIBRATION MIGHT DAMAGE THE TANK WHICH COULD RESULT IN A FUEL LEAK WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF FIRE.
