Description

These recalled 12-volt DC power supply units were sold as an accessory power supply device for some of Lutron Electronic's wall stations and control interfaces, including some Grafik Eye 3000 lighting control systems. These systems were professionally installed in indoor commercial and residential settings for lighting and dimmer control applications. The power supplies are black plastic with "Basler Electric" and the model number "BE29736001" imprinted on the plug side. On the opposite side is a blue and white Lutron label with the number "GRX-12VDC." Lutron's Grafik Eye 3000 lighting system is not part of the recall.
