CERTAIN TRUCKS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 209, "SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES." THE SEAT BELT LATCH FAILED A QUALITY REVIEW. THIS COULD CAUSE THE SEAT BELT LATCH TO BECOME DISENGAGED WITHOUT WARNING IN A VEHICLE CRASH OR DURING EPISODES OF HIGH SEAT BELT LOADING.
