ON CERTAIN BUSES, AN INCORRECT WINDOW RETENTION CLIP WAS INSTALLED ALLOWING THE EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW TO OPEN WITH LITTLE OUTWARD FORCE. A PASSENGER COULD FALL OUT OF THE BUS INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY.
