ON CERTAIN TANDEM DUMP TRAILERS, DUE TO IMPROPER MATERIAL USED ON THE AXLE SPINDLE, THE SPINDLE CAN BEND OR BREAK. A BROKEN SPINDLE CAN ALLOW THE WHEEL TO SEPARATE FROM THE TRAILER, RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
