What you should do
Consumers should contact Coast Spas immediately to arrange for the installation of a free retrofit by a service technician. Until the retrofit is completed, consumers should shut off power to the spa, and in areas subject to below-freezing temperatures, winterize the spa. Winterization procedures can be found in the owner's manual, or by contacting Coast Spas by phone.
