Nissan North America is recalling certain model year 2013 Altima vehicles manufactured March 21, 2012, through March 26, 2013. The spare tires may have been significantly over- or under-inflated. Tires that are significantly over- or under-inflated may fail without warning, increasing the risk of a crash.

What you should do
