Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain model year 1998-2005 OM Aerial Devices used on utility trucks. The leveling arm at the elbow can develop fatigue cracks. Fatigue cracks may cause the leveling arm to fail. If the arm fails while the aerial device is in use, the platform may move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury to the operator or those nearby.
