Federal Coach, Inc. (Federal) is recalling certain model year 2010 Spirit and Premier transit buses, equipped with A&M Systems-brand door actuators. Voltage spikes may damage electrical components and electrical circuits, causing the actuator's circuit board to develop high resistance. High resistance may cause the board to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

What you should do
Federal notified owners and dealers will replace the circuit board, free of charge. The recall began in June 2014. Owners may contact Federal at 1-800-348-7440.
