Greenfield Products (Greenfield) is recalling certain model year 2013 D3; 2014 C3 and 2014 B2 Boom Dolly's manufactured November 2013 to March 2014, and equipped with suspension pivot bolts by SAF-Holland. The affected boom dolly suspensions have pivot bolts that may fail. Failure of the pivot bolts may cause the suspension and attached axle to separate from the boom dolly, increasing the risk of a crash.
