Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. (Yamaha) is recalling certain model year 2014 Yamaha YZF-R6 motorcycles manufactured August 1, 2014, to September 1, 2014. The front and rear wheels of the affected motorcycles may have been manufactured with insufficient hardness. If the wheels have insufficient hardness, the wheels may loosen and/or air may leak from around the tire bead. Either condition increases the risk of a crash.
