Silver Eagle Manufacturing Company (Silver Eagle) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 VAST-20N, VAST-20W, and CTL-40W Converter Dollies manufactured February 6, 2014, to March 4, 2015. Due to a problem with the brake valve, the affected dollies may experience brake drag. If the brakes drag on the converter dolly, the wheel end may overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

What you should do
Silver Eagle will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake valve, free of charge. The recall began on July 8, 2015. Owners may contact Silver Eagle customer service at 1-800-547-6792.
