Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018 Glaval Bus Commute transit buses built on a 2018 Ford Transit van chassis. The hazard lights on these vehicles may not illuminate or flash when the ignition is turned off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." If the hazard lights do not function when the ignition is off, the stopped vehicle may have reduced visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
