Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019-2020 International MV and HV, 2018-2020 Workstar, and 2018-2019 Durastar vehicles equipped with feature codes 12VXT and 12VXU. With the parking brake applied and the automatic transmission in the 'Drive' or 'Reverse' position, when the stationary PTO switch is engaged by the operator, the engine RPM will ramp up and may overcome the parking brake's ability to hold the vehicle. Unintended vehicle movement increases the risk of a crash.
