Prevost Cars, Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2020 Prevost X3-45 VIP, X3-45 Passenger, H3-45 VIP, and H3-45 Passenger coach buses. The driveshaft clamp bolts may not be properly tightened. The driveshaft connection may separate resulting in a loss of drive. Additionally, a section of the driveshaft may detach from the vehicle, becoming a road hazard. Either condition increases the risk of a crash.

What you should do
Prevost has notified owners, and will replace and properly tighten the driveshaft clamp bolts, free of charge. The recall began December 19, 2019. Owners may contact Prevost customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR19-43.
