Description

Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. (Maintainer) is recalling certain modified 2019-2020 International CV 515 and Chevrolet Silverado tow vehicles equipped with Allison 2700 series transmissions with Chelsea Power Take Offs (PTO). The PTOs were installed incorrectly and as a result, the attachment hardware may loosen over time. If the PTO attachment hardware loosens it could cause a loss of transmission fluid which may result in the rear wheel locking up, increasing the risk of a crash.
