Description

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2018-2020 Cyclone 2 and Typhoon ambulances. The lower shock mount bracket may cause the U-bolts to bind and break, possibly preventing the rear axle from remaining secured. The unsecured rear axle may shift sideways, resulting in loss of control of the vehicle, thereby increasing the risk of crash.
