Motor Coach Industries (MCI) is recalling certain 2019 D45CRT-LE coaches. The seat belt retractors installed in the last row of the passenger seats may not function properly, preventing them from being used. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection" and 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies." The inability to use the seat belts could increase the risk of injury in the event of a collision.
