Description

Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. (Maintainer) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Maintainer truck-mounted cranes equipped with Miller Enpak model A60GBH auxiliary power units. A sheetmetal guard inside the auxiliary power unit may have been installed incorrectly, allowing a belt to contact and damage a power cable or diesel fuel hose. A damaged power cable and/or diesel fuel hose can cause a short-circuit or fuel leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

What you should do

Dealers will reinstall the sheetmetal guard as necessary and replace any damaged cables and hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 10, 2022. Owners may contact Maintainer customer service at 1-800-831-8588.
