Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2022 EQS 450 and EQS 580 vehicles. A software error may cause the overhead control panel to become permanently deactivated. A deactivated overhead control panel will not allow an occupant to manually contact emergency personnel, delaying emergency responders and increasing the risk of injury.
