Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2022 Columbus CMF299RL fifth wheel vehicles. The riser tube was not installed between the axle hangers, causing inadequate clearance for the tires. Contact with the slide-out adjustment arm may damage or puncture the tire, increasing the risk of a crash.
