SEAT BELTS WILL BE INSPECTED AND, IF NECESSARY, A V-SHAPED METAL INSERT OF 16 GAUGE STEEL WILL BE FITTED OVER THE BUCKLE WEBBING GUIDE AND WELDED TO THE INSIDE BUCKLE FRAME.
