AN INCORRECT RIM FLAP HAS BEEN INSTALLED WHICH ALLOWS THE INNER TUBE TO PROTRUDE THROUGH THE RIM VALVE OPENING AND CAUSE A CHAFING CONDITION. THIS COULD LEAD TO RAPID LOSS OF AIR FROM THE TIRE.
