THE RESERVOIR LINE FROM THE SPRING BRAKE CONTROL VALVE WAS CONNECTED TO THE FRONT BRAKE RESERVOIR INSTEAD OF THE REAR RESERVOIR. THIS PLUMBING ERROR AFFECTS THE MANNER IN WHICH THE AIRBRAKES WORK TO STOP THE BUS.
