DECORATIVE REAR AXLE COVERS, WHICH ARE HELD IN PLACE BY WHEEL RIM LUG NUTS, DO NOT ALLOW THE LUG NUTS TO RETAIN THE PROPER TORQUE. LUG NUTS COULD LOOSEN, ALLOWING THE WHEEL TO SEPARATEFROM THE HUB, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
