PLASTIC PIN INSIDE THE BUCKLE SHIELD CAN BREAK AFTER FORCE IS APPLIED IN REPEATED USE. THE BROKEN SHIELD WOULD MAKE THE BUCKLE DIFFICULT TO FASTEN; IF THE BUCKLE IS NOT SECURELY FASTENED, THE CHILD WOULD NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
