A REQUIRED WELD IN THE AIR RIDE SUSPENSION FRAME ATTACHING AREA WAS OMITTED CAUSING SUSPENSION AND ADAPTOR CHANNELS TO BE OVERLOADED. ADAPTOR CHANNELS AND SUSPENSION CROSS MEMBERS COULD CRACK AND FAIL WITH HANGER AND AXLE ASSEMBLY DETACHMENT; THIS COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH AND/OR A CATASTROPHIC AXLE DETACHMENT.
