RESERVOIR INTERIOR PAINT WAS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE AIR RESERVOIR CHECK VALVE, AND THE VALVE IS NOT PROPERLY SEATED. LACK OF PROPER SEATING CAUSES THE RESERVOIRS TO FAILTO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 121.
