EXPOSED TURN-DOWN ENDINGS AT THE BEAD TOE CAN ALLOW AIR TO PERMEATE INTO THE TIRE'S CARCASS CAUSING SEPARATION AND PREMATURE FAILURE. TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 119. THIS CONDITION CANCAUSE TREAD SEPARATION OR PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE TIRE.
