THE REAR EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR DOES NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY EXIT LABEL. CONSEQUENTLY, THE DOOR DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 217, "BUS WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE." PASSENGERS MAY NOT IDENTIFY THE DOOR AS AN EMERGENCY EXITIN AN EMERGENCY THAT REQUIRES THE BUS BE VACATED.
