THE WHEELBEARING LOCKNUT AND COTTER PIN WERE NOT INSTALLED ON THE FRONT AXLE HUBS. THE CAN CAUSE A GRADUAL INCREASE IN WHEEL SHIMMY. THIS CAN RESULT IN INCREASED DIFFICULTY IN STEERING AND, IF UNCORRECTED, SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL FROM THE AXLE.
