THE SCREWS USED TO MOUNT THE TELEVISION INTO AN OVERHEAD CABINET ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH TO PROPERLY SECURE THE TELEVISION TO THE ENCLOSURE BASE. THIS CAN CAUSE THE TELEVISION TO FALL OUT OF THE CABINET AND ONTO THE HEAD OF THE VEHICLE OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR CAN SUSTAIN INJURIES AND POSSIBLY LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE.
