THE BRAKE PEDAL PIVOT BOLT WAS STARTED IN THE WELD NUT, BUT WAS NOT TORQUED CORRECTLY CAUSING THE BOLT TO DISENGAGE FROM THE WELD NUT. THIS CONDITION CAN RESULT IN A TOTAL LOSS OF BRAKINGCAPABILITY.
