STAPLES WERE USED TO FASTEN THE STEP BOX ON THE REAR CORNERS INSTEAD OF SCREWS. THE WEIGHT OF A PERSON STEPPING ONTO THE STEP BOX COULD CAUSE THE STEP TO BREAK LOOSE AND POSSIBLY CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.
