Description

THE SLIDE AXLE ASSEMBLIES ARE SECURED TO THE TRAILER FRAME WITH U-BOLTS, NUTS, AND LOCK WASHERS. THESE BOLTS WERE NOT TIGHTENED PROPERLY WHICH CAN CAUSE THE SLIDE AXLE ASSEMBLIES TO MOVE LATERALLY ALLOWING THE TRAILER TO NOT FOLLOW THE TOW VEHICLE CORRECTLY. THE TRAILER MAY SWING BACK AND FORTH INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE COLLISION.
