THE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR LOCATED NEXT TO THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS WILL NOT ALLOW THE BELT TO BE EXTENDED SO THAT IT CAN BE USED. IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE VEHICLE DRIVER OR OCCUPANT WOULD NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY.
