VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH WHEEL BOLTS, PART NUMBER 146989. THE WHEEL BOLTS WERE NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED. THIS CONDITION WAS CAUSE WHEEL RIM VIBRATION INCREASING THE RISK OF LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
