VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH MERITOR RHP SUSPENSIONS. THESE TRAILERS EXCEED THE BRAKE ACTUATION AND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS." INCREASED BRAKING DISTANCE CAN OCCUR INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
